Kick off the week with a full-body workout that wakes up every major muscle group, boosts energy, and sets the tone for a strong, focused week ahead. This session mixes strength and conditioning to build balance, power, and confidence from head to toe.
Full Body
Tuesday
Dial in on your lower body with a session that targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. This workout builds strength, power, and stability—helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay balanced throughout your training week.
Lower Body
Thursday
Push, Pull, Press and Snatch.
We will use a variety of free weight and body weight exercises to grow strength and endurance across your upper body.
Upper Body
Saturday
You are going to feel the burn. We will raise the heart rate and strengthen your core. Improve your low back and ab strength to help maintain great posture as well as the best form for all our exercises.
