  • Lower Body

    Monday and Thursdays

    Start the week with a leg focused workout to get your body’s largest muscles activated for the week. Rest up and we will get them burning Thursday so that you are fresh for your weekend adventures.

  • Upper Body

    Tuesdays and Fridays

    Push, Pull, Press and Snatch.

    We will work in a variety of free weights and body weight exercises to growth strength and endurance across your upper body.

  • Full Body - Cardio & Core

    Wednesdays & Saturdays

    You are going to feel the burn. We will raise the heart rate and strengthen your core. Improve your low back and ab strength to help maintain great posture as well as the best form for all our exercises.
